3. Refunds: Refunds are available if requested before work has commenced. Once work has begun, refunds may be subject to a partial deduction based on the work completed.
4. Intellectual Property: All designs and materials provided to you as part of the Service are owned by dervadesign unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
5. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You also agree not to use the Service to transmit any harmful or objectionable content.
6. Limitation of Liability:dervadesign shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
